By downloading, installing, registering, or accessing the **Hylem** or **Hyluxe** platforms (including the mobile apps, web interfaces, and backend services, collectively the "Platform"), you covenant and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Hylem Hardware Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any statement herein, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

The Platform hosts separate interfaces based on your registered role:

• Dealers (Hylem): Verified commercial hardware distributors and retailers. You must supply a valid tax identification number (GST/VAT) and business address during registration.
• Skilled Labor / Service Providers (Hyluxe): Certified trade professionals (carpenters, designers, technicians). You must provide accurate credentials and profile detail representations.

We reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, or place onboarding verification requests on hold at our discretion. You must provide truthful, current, and complete documents. Fraudulent verification documents will lead to immediate portal access termination.

The Hylem and Hyluxe apps provide reward mechanisms, including point allocations, cashbacks, and material incentives. Participation is subject to the following rules:

• Target Campaigns (Dealers): Dealers earn incentives by achieving specific volume targets. Performance tracking requires uploading clear, legible photos of physical sales bills/invoices.
• QR Coupons (Skilled Labor): Service providers scan official Hylem product QR codes to earn reward points. QR codes are valid for one-time use only.
• Verification Period: All scanned points and uploaded invoices undergo a validation review. Points are pending until verified by the administration.
• Redemption Options: Redeemed earnings are processed externally via the registered payouts system. The company reserves the right to adjust conversion values at any time.

Hylem operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent behavior. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

The Platform's content, including but not limited to software code, layout design, visual branding, databases, graphics, and trade symbols, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for business and professional reward operations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any software elements of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or act in a way that harms the Company's business interests.

Upon account termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately, and any unredeemed points, cashbacks, or pending incentive approvals will be declared null and void.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
